Saturday at ViewPoint Resort

Today, it's yard sale day in the park.  The residents rarely post advertising signs so we rode our bikes up and down many streets dodging golf carts, cars and big trucks to find the sales.  Selection was pretty limited but we managed to kill a couple of hours.  We met a woman who had a friend in the park from Sonny's hometown.  She was in the class ahead of Sonny in Farmington, ME. We looked for her house but didn't have any luck finding a car with Maine plates. I bought a rock for $.25 from a Kindergartner.  It was coffee break time so we headed back to our place to enjoy the sun.

Corner section of the swap meet
In the afternoon, we went to the Mesa Market Place and Swap Meet.  1.5 miles of aisles of just about everything.  We wandered through several aisles till closing time at 4 PM and then we drove to the Antique Mall.  Sonny found a hack saw and a Dominoes game.  There was a $45 milk bottle from Indian Hill Dairy in Greenville, Maine.

We ended the day with a few laps in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub.  We picked a few more oranges along the walk back from the pool.  There are so many that people fill buckets and leave them on the walkway.  The air is fragrant with fruit blossoms.  It is going to be hard to leave here tomorrow but there are things in Tuscon still to see.
